It's possible for any man to ask for sex in a relationship, but is left for you as a lady to know that sex, can't keep him..( Sex isn't enough)

KITAMBI/OBESITY



Mchanganuo wa sababu  zinazofanya mtu kuendelea kuwa na kitambi:

1. Unaanza kuzeeka
Kadiri unavyozeeka, mwili wako unabadili jinsi unavyo ongezeka na kupunguza uzito. Jinsi zote; za kike na kiume, hupatwa na kupungua kwa utendaji wa kimetaboliki, kutia ndani kiasi cha kalori zinazohitajika kwa mwili kufanya kazi kwa ukawaida.
Zaidi ya hayo wanawake hupatwa na kukoma kwa hedhi, ikiwa wanawake wataongezeka uzito, mara nyingi uzito huo huwa kwenye matumbo yao.
Wakati wa kukoma kwa hedhi, uzalishaji wa homoni za Istrojeni na Projesteroni hupungua. Wakati huo huo homoni ya testosteroni huanza kupungua kidogo kidogo. Mabadiliko ya homoni hufanya wanawake wengi kuendelea kubeba uzito mwingi kwenye matumbo yao.

2. Kutofanya mazoezi kwa usahihi.
Mazoezi ya kulala chali na kuinua mwili kuanzia kiuno hadi kichwa (Crunches) 
sio mazoezi yatakayokusaidia kuondoa kitambi. Badala yake fanya mazoezi ya stamina yatakayo kufanya utumie nyama (muscles) za tumbo, mgongo, nyonga na sehemu zingine za mwili. Kufanya mazoezi ya namna hii kutasaidia kuunguza/kutumia kalori nyingi mwilini na hivyo kufanya mafuta yaliyo maeneo ya tumbo kutumika pia.

Mazoezi ya kukaa kwa muda jinsi fulani kama unapiga pushapu kitaalamu hujulikana kama Plunk(picha hapo chini), ndio mazoezi yanayofaa kwa kuwa huhusisha matumizi ya nyama za mikono, miguu na makalio.


Kukimbia kila siku ni mazoezi bora kwa mwili na moyo wako ingawa mazoezi kwa ajili ya moyo wenye afya peke yake hayawezi kusaidia maeneo ya kiunoni kutia ndani kitambi.

 7. Unakula mafutayasiyohitajika mwilini
Mwili haumeng’enyi aina zote za mafuta kwa njia ileile. Utafiti unaonyesha ulaji wa vyakula vyenye mafuta kama nyama na maziwa huongeza mafuta tumboni na hufanya kitambi. Wakati ulaji wa vyakula vya mafuta kama parachichi, samaki na alizeti huuweka mwili katika umbo zuri. Ingawa kula vyakula vyenye mafuta ya aina yoyote hufanya mwili kuongeza uzito na kusababisha kitambi hivyo ni vizuri kufurahia vyakula hivyo kwa kiasi.



8. Unakula sana vyakula vilivyosindikwa viwandani.
Vyakula kama mkate mweupe, chipsi, vinywaji vyenye sukari kama soda, juisi hufanya mwili kutanuka/kunenepa. Kitambi huambatana na kunenepa/kutanuka kwa mwili, hivyo ulaji wa vyakula vya viwandani utarudisha nyuma jitihada/uwezo wako wa kupambana na kitambi. Vyakula vya asili kama matunda, mbogamboga na nafaka isiyokobolewa ambavyo ni vya asili huufanya mwili kusinyaa na kusaidia kuzuia kitambi.

9. Hauna hamasa (motisha).
Ni kweli uko tayari kisawasawa kuondoa kitambi? “Kupunguza na kuondoa kitambi kunahitaji ushirikiano wa vitu mbalimbali, vyakula vyenye kutia nguvu kidogo na vyenye nyuzinyuzi kwa wingi pamoja na vyakula vyenye wanga na sukari kidogo huku ukifanya mazoezi ya kupunguza uzito.” Dk Kashyap anasema. Ikiwa umepania kupunguza/kuondoa kitambi unaweza kufanikiwa.

“Ikiwa unene wako upo maeneo ya katikati tofauti na maeneo ya hipsi (nyonga) na mapaja basi una umbo la tufaha (apple). Kwa muundo huu wa mwili ikiwa ni wa kurithi basi kupunguza kitambi, itakuwa ngumu sana,” anasema Dk Kashyap.

MATUMIZI SAHIHI YA TAIRI ZA GARI LAKO
Matairi ya gari muda wake rasmi wa matumizi ni miaka minne ( 4 ) tu toka yatengenezwe (Sio toka uyafunge kwenye gari lako).......Ikishapita miaka minne toka tairi litengenezwe linaweza kupasuka wakati wowote.
